Atlantic Coastal Acquisition Corp. II Gets Nasdaq Noncompliance Notice

05:21 PM EDT, 06/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Atlantic Coastal Acquisition Corp. II ( ACAB ) said late Thursday it received a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq for failing to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the three months ended March 31.

The company said it has 60 calendar days to submit plans to regain compliance.

Atlantic Coastal said it expects to file the 10-Q in the coming weeks.
