07:18 AM EDT, 05/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Atlantic Union Bankshares ( AUB ) said Thursday that Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Robert M. Gorman plans to retire by March 31, 2026.

Gorman will remain in his roles until a successor is named or his retirement date, whichever is earlier, the company said.

Gorman, who has been CFO since 2012, will serve in an advisory capacity once a successor is appointed to assist during the transition, the company added.
