Atlantic Union Bankshares Prices $350 Million Common Stock Offering; Shares Down 1% Pre-Bell

08:28 AM EDT, 10/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Atlantic Union Bankshares ( AUB ) said Monday that it priced an offering of approximately 9.9 million shares at $35.50 per share for a total amount of $350 million and net proceeds of $336 million.

The bank holding company said the underwriters were granted the option to buy up to approximately 1.5 million additional shares, and that the offering is expected to close Tuesday.

Shares of Atlantic Union Bankshares ( AUB ) were down 1.3% in recent premarket activity.

Price: 38.30, Change: -0.51, Percent Change: -1.31
