10:17 AM EST, 12/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure (AY) said Thursday that it completed the acquisition of a development platform in the US, including about 1.1 gigawatts of solar and wind projects under development in Illinois, Colorado, Mississippi, and Texas.

The company said the platform increases its total US development portfolio to about 2 gigawatts of solar and wind projects.
