05:34 PM EDT, 09/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Atlanticus ( ATLC ) said late Thursday it has purchased Mercury Financial, a financial services company.

The transaction includes a cash purchase price of about $162 million, the company said.

It said the seller may also be entitled to receive future earn-out payments if portfolio credit performance exceeds Atlanticus' ( ATLC ) base case assumptions.
