Atlanticus Holdings Prices $55 Million Add-On Senior Notes Offering

11:17 AM EDT, 07/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Atlanticus Holdings ( ATLC ) said Thursday that it priced its underwritten public add-on offering of $55 million aggregate principal amount of its 9.25% senior notes due 2029 at $24.70 per additional note.

The company said it granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to $8.3 million in additional notes at the same price. The add-on offering is a further issuance of Atlanticus Holdings' ( ATLC ) previously issued $57.3 million aggregate principal amount of the same note series, according to the statement.

Atlanticus Holdings ( ATLC ) expects to close the add-on offering on or about July 26 and said proceeds will be used to redeem a portion of its class B preferred units and/or for general working capital.
