Atlas Energy Completes Hi-Crush Acquisition; Promotes John Turner to CEO

05:37 PM EST, 03/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Atlas Energy Solutions ( AESI ) said late Tuesday it has completed the acquisition of Hi-Crush and appointed CFO John Turner as chief executive officer, effective Wednesday.

Turner succeeds current CEO Bud Brigham, who will continue to serve as executive chair of the board, the company said.

Turner will continue serving as chief financial officer while Atlas searches for a new CFO.
