05:32 PM EST, 01/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Atlas Energy Solutions ( AESI ) said Thursday it started an underwritten public offering of 10 million common shares.

Net proceeds will be used to repay debt, fund a portion of Moser Engine Service acquisition and general corporate purposes, according to the company.

Atlas plans to grant underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to 1.5 million shares.

Shares fell 4% in recent after-hours activity.
