09:22 AM EDT, 09/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Atlas Engineered Products ( APEUF ) on Monday said it completed due diligence for a truss manufacturing company based in Western Canada that it is going to buy.

Atlas aims to close the transaction in early spring of next year.
