AtlasClear Files Prospectus for Secondary Offering

11:15 AM EDT, 05/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AtlasClear Holdings ( ATCH ) on Tuesday filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission covering the potential sale of its common stock up to a total of roughly 37.9 million shares by selling shareholders from time to time in one or more offerings.

The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the common stock to be offered by the selling shareholders.

AtlasClear ( ATCH ) shares were up 3% in recent trading.
