05:33 PM EST, 12/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AtlasClear Holdings ( ATCH ) shares surged more than 100% in Tuesday's after-hours trading after the company announced an up to $45 million investment commitment from Hanire LLC.

Hanire's investment will be a combination of equity financing and convertible debt, AtlasClear ( ATCH ) said.

The investment will be made in a series of milestone-based installments, with the first tranche of $5 million expected in January.

AtlasClear ( ATCH ) said the funding will enable it to execute key objectives including debt restructuring and acquisitions.
