09:26 AM EDT, 09/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Atlassian ( TEAM ) said Thursday it has agreed to buy DX for roughly $1 billion in cash and restricted stock.

The deal, which will likely close in fiscal Q2 2026, does not alter Atlassian's ( TEAM ) previously issued fiscal 2027 non-GAAP operating margin target, the company said.

Both companies will work together to provide firms with a measurement of AI adoption and impact along with insights into developer productivity and system health, Atlassian ( TEAM ) said.
