08:51 AM EDT, 08/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Atmus Filtration Technologies ( ATMU ) reported Q2 adjusted earnings Friday of $0.71 per diluted share, up from $0.63 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.58.

Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $432.6 million, up from $413.6 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $418.3 million

Atmus said it now expects 2024 adjusted earnings of $2.15 to $2.40 per share. That compares with its prior guidance of $2.10 to $2.35. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $2.24.

Revenue for the year is now projected to be $1.63 billion to $1.68 billion, the company said. That compares with $1.61 billion to $1.68 billion previously. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $1.65 billion.

Atmus Filtration ( ATMU ) shares were up 3.3% in recent Friday premarket activity.
