07:28 AM EDT, 07/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Atmus Filtration Technologies ( ATMU ) said Thursday its board of directors has declared its first quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per common share, payable Aug. 14 to shareholders of record Aug. 1.

The board also authorized a $150 million share repurchase program, effective immediately. The program does not have an expiration date.

The company said it expects to use cash generated by operations and cash on hand to fund repurchases under the program.
