Atour Lifestyle Holdings Launches new Dividend Policy, Declares New Dividend

06:38 AM EDT, 08/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Atour Lifestyle Holdings ( ATAT ) said Thursday it approved a three-year annual dividend policy under which the company plans to declare and distribute dividends of no less than 50% of its net income for the preceding financial year.

The company said the exact dividend payout will be determined by the board based on its assessment of the company's financial position.

As part of the policy, the company declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.45 per American Depositary Share, on or around Sept. 30 shareholders of record as of Sept. 17.
