07:36 AM EDT, 06/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Atour Lifestyle Holdings ( ATAT ) said Wednesday that it had priced a secondary underwritten offering of 10 million American depositary shares by companies linked with Legend Capital at $16.90 per share.

Atour said Legend Capital will benefit from the offering's gross proceeds of $169 million, while Atour will not receive any.

The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.5 million ADSs from Legend Capital, Atour said.

Legend Capital will own 7.6% of Atour's issued and outstanding share capital after the secondary offering, assuming the underwriters do not exercise their option to purchase additional ADSs.
