06:37 AM EDT, 05/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Atour Lifestyle ( ATAT ) said Thursday that its board of directors has authorized a three-year $400 million share buyback program.

The board also approved a dividend of $0.14 per ordinary share, or $0.42 per American depositary share, with each ADS representing three ordinary shares, payable on or around June 18 to holders of record as of June 2.
