05:09 PM EDT, 03/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Atrium Mortgage Investment ( AMIVF ) said Monday after trade John Ahmad will step down as chief financial officer effective March 31, to assume a finance executive role at a consumer finance company.

Razvan Vulcu, vice-president, finance will assume the role of interim CFO. Vulcu joined Atrium in 2021.

Atrium will pay a monthly dividend of $0.0775 per share on April 11.

The company's shares closed up $0.03 to $10.74 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
