08:40 AM EDT, 08/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Atrium Therapeutics ( RNA ) said Thursday it earned another $15 million milestone payment from Bristol Myers Squibb ( BMY ) following the successful delivery of a lead compound targeting an undisclosed cardiology indication under their collaboration.

Under the global licensing and research agreement, Atrium said it is eligible for up to about $1.35 billion in R&D milestone payments, $825 million in commercial milestones and tiered royalties of up to low double digits on net sales.

Bristol Myers Squibb ( BMY ) will fund future clinical development, regulatory and commercialization activities arising from the collaboration, it added.
