11:50 AM EST, 12/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ATS Corp ( ATS ) on Thursday said it closed its previously announced private placement offering of $200 million of 6.5% senior unsecured notes due Aug. 21, 2032.

The company said the notes have identical terms and will be fungible with, and are a part of, a single series with, the $400 million of 6.5% senior unsecured notes due Aug. 21, 2032 issued by ATS on Aug. 21.

Shares of the company were last seen down $0.74, or 2.1%, at $42.15 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
