ATS Completes Acquisition of Paxiom Group

05:30 AM EDT, 07/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ATS (ATS) said late Wednesday that it had completed the acquisition of Paxiom Group, a provider of packaging machines for the food and beverage, cannabis, and pharmaceutical sectors.

The company said that the acquisition was initially announced on May 15.

Price: 31.40, Change: -0.04, Percent Change: -0.11
