08:03 AM EST, 11/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AT&T ( T ) said Monday that it has launched the EchoStar (STAR) integration to improve its 5G service.

The mid-band spectrum satellite connectivity can boost 5G download speeds by up to 80% and has been added to nearly 23,000 cell sites over the last few weeks, the company said.

AT&T ( T ) said the measures will support growth among its high-value customers that subscribe to both home internet and 5G services and add to savings because of reduced need for construction of additional cell sites.
