06:09 AM EDT, 04/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AT&T ( T ) reached a deal to sell its stake in Sky Mexico to partner Grupo Televisa (TV), giving the latter a 100% interest in Sky Mexico, Grupo Televisa said in a regulatory filing late Wednesday.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Televisa said it will pay the consideration in 2027 and 2028, and that the sale remains subject to regulatory approvals.

AT&T ( T ) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
