At the Young Turks Conclave, Olympian wrestler Sakshi Malik, shooter Heena Sidhu and the former captain of the Indian cricket team Anjum Chopra spoke about their winning leaps.

There has been a big change in attitude towards women’s sports, especially in the last five to six years and it is a welcome move, said Chopra.

Malik said Olympic medal increased wrestling’s popularity, which has been a big change from the time she started playing the sport.

“I can see it in all the sports that there are lot of youngsters coming in sports now and thinking it as a career option,” said Sidhu.
