AudioEye Secondary Offering Priced at $24 a Share

06:56 AM EST, 12/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AudioEye ( AEYE ) said Thursday that a secondary offering of up to 1.3 million shares by selling shareholders has been priced at $24 each.

The offering is slated to be completed on Friday.

Underwriters will have a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 187,500 shares at the offering price, the company said.

The selling stockholders will receive all net proceeds, with no proceeds going to AudioEye ( AEYE ), the company said.

Shares of the company were down 8% in recent premarket activity.

Price: 25.00, Change: -2.16, Percent Change: -7.95
