08:00 AM EDT, 05/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Aura Biosciences ( AURA ) said Thursday it has launched a proposed underwritten public offering of shares and pre-funded warrants to purchase shares.

Aura said that all of the securities sold will be offered by the company.

The company said it has not yet determined the timing, size, and terms of the offering.
