Aura Minerals Announcing Normal Course Issuer Bid and Concurrent Buyback Program for Brazilian Depositary Receipts

08:43 AM EDT, 03/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Aura Minerals Inc. ( ORAAF ) on Thursday announced that the Toronto Stock Exchange has accepted the company's notice of intention to launch a normal course issuer bid for its issued and outstanding common shares listed on the TSX. The company also announced the concurrent launch of a buyback program for its Brazilian depositary receipts, which are listed, for the purchase of BDRs by the company, its subsidiaries or investment vehicles.
