04:56 AM EDT, 07/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Aura Minerals ( ORAAF ) late on Monday said it wil raise approximately US$210 million in a U.S. initial public offering of common shares.
The target amount is based on the company's closing price per share on the TSX on July 4 and the Canadian dollar to U.S. dollar exchange rate reported by the Bank of Canada on the same day. Aura will grant underwriters a 30-day option to buy additional shares at the public offering price.
The common shares will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "AUGO."
BofA Securities and Goldman Sachs are acting as global coordinators of the offering. BTG Pactual and Itau BBA are joint bookrunners. Bradesco BBI, National Bank of Canada Financial Markets, RBC Capital Markets and Scotiabank are co-managers.
