02:13 PM EST, 12/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Auric Minerals (AUMC.CN), down 10.4% at last look, on Wednesday said it completed the acquisition of Central Uranium Resources, a privately held arm's-length company, which holds the rights to acquire the Route 500 property in Newfoundland and Labrador. The property consists of 441 claims.
Auric issued 12-million shares and 3-million warrants to the Central Uranium shareholders. Each warrant is exercisable at $0.18 until Dec. 11, 2027.
The company's shares are down $0.20, to $1.73, on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
