09:08 AM EDT, 03/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Aurinia Pharmaceuticals ( AUPH ) said Monday it has appointed Kevin Tang as chief executive officer and Ryan Cole as chief operating officer.

Tang succeeds Peter Greenleaf who will remain with the company as a consultant to support the transition, Aurinia Pharmaceuticals ( AUPH ) said.

Additionally, the company said it has appointed Michael Hearne as chief financial officer and Thomas Wei as chief scientific officer.

Shares of Aurinia Pharmaceuticals ( AUPH ) were up 2.7% in Monday premarket activity.
