Aurora Cannabis Signs Supply Agreement With SNDL

07:19 AM EST, 02/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Aurora Cannabis ( ACB ) , a medical cannabis company, overnight Thursday announced a strategic supply agreement with SNDL , a Canadian licensed producer and vertically integrated cannabis company.

SNDL is expected to supply Aurora with premium cannabis flower product grown at SNDL's indoor facility in Atholville, New Brunswick. The agreement is for three years with an option to extend and has an estimated value of $27 million.

Aurora and SNDL have an existing supply relationship for the manufacturing of various cannabis products and input material.

Shares of Aurora closed up $1.31, or 17%, to $8.96 on Thursday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Shares of SNDL were last seen down 2%, at $1.890 in premarket trading on Nasdaq.
