03:31 PM EDT, 08/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Aurora Innovation ( AUR ) said Thursday it priced a $420 million underwritten upsized public offering of about 116.7 million class A common shares at $3.60 apiece.

The company said it granted underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to an additional 17.5 million shares.

Aurora expects to close the offering on or about Friday, subject to customary closing conditions.

Shares of the company were up 6% in recent trading.
