Jan 15 (Reuters) - Australia's consumer watchdog said on

Wednesday that it has issued binding rules of conduct to the

local unit of U.S.-based digital infrastructure firm Uniti Group ( UNIT )

to ensure fair access to its high-speed internet

services.
