05:19 PM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Australian Oilseeds Holdings ( COOT ) said late Thursday the Nasdaq Hearings Panel offered it an extension until Sept. 30 to regain compliance with the listing rule of maintaining minimum stockholders' equity of $2.5 million.

As of the hearing date on July 22, the company had $2.6 million in shareholder equity. The company plans to maintain this minimum equity value by converting additional debt and growing revenue, according to a statement.
