05:56 PM EDT, 06/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Australian Oilseeds ( COOT ) plans to request a hearing before a Nasdaq panel by Wednesday to temporarily halt the delisting of its shares and prevent a trading suspension.
The Nasdaq Stock Market issued a noncompliance notice after the company's stockholder equity fell below the $10 million minimum required for continued listing. The deadline to regain compliance was May 30, but the company has until Wednesday to appeal, which would automatically stay the suspension of trading pending the panel's decision.
No assurance can be provided that an extension will be granted, the company said Tuesday in a statement.
The company applied to list its securities on the Nasdaq Capital Market
