Australia's Base Resources agrees to $241 mln offer from Energy Fuels

April 22 (Reuters) - Australian mineral sands miner Base

Resources ( BSRUF ) said on Monday it had agreed to a A$375

million ($240.90 million) takeover offer from U.S.-based uranium

and rare earths producer Energy Fuels ( UUUU ).

($1 = 1.5567 Australian dollars)
