Aug 13 (Reuters) - Australia's FleetPartners Group ( ECXXF )
said on Thursday it would grant limited due diligence access to
SG Fleet Topco, Canada's Element Fleet and Japan's ORIX
Corp ( IX ) after receiving separate takeover approaches
earlier this month.
Here are a few details:
* The vehicle-leasing and fleet management firm said its
board had reviewed the proposals, including feedback from
shareholders, and was prepared to provide initial due diligence
access to all of its suitors.
* The process is intended to help the bidders determine
whether to submit revised offers on a more informed basis,
FleetPartners ( ECXXF ) said.
* The board said it could extend similar access to other
parties that submit proposals requiring further engagement.
* FleetPartners ( ECXXF ) said it would continue discussions with SG
Fleet, backed by Pacific Equity Partners, Element and ORIX ( IX ) while
assessing any alternative bids that may emerge.
