AuthID to Raise About $3.7 Million in Direct Offering

01:15 PM EST, 11/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AuthID ( AUID ) said Friday it signed a definitive agreement with investors to sell about 2.7 million shares and pre-funded warrants in a registered direct offering for gross proceeds of approximately $3.7 million.

The securities will be priced at $1.35 per unit, or $1.71 if purchased by company insiders, the company said.

The offering is expected to close on or around Nov. 24, pending customary conditions, it added.

The company plans to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes, it said.

Shares of the company were down 23% in recent trading.
