08:23 AM EDT, 10/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CDK, an automotive retail software provider, announced Monday a long-term extension of its agreement with AutoCanada Inc. ( AOCIF ) , a multi-location North American automobile dealership group.

According to a statement, the extension allows AutoCanada ( AOCIF ) to "further leverage the depth and breadth of CDK software".

As of 2024, Monday's statement noted, CDK software is relied upon to power the operations of the majority of franchise dealerships in North America, including five of the six publicly held dealership groups in the U.S. and the sole public dealer group in Canada.

ACQ eased $0.05 to $16.11 last Friday.
