AutoCanada CFO Resigns, Replacement Named

07:09 AM EDT, 06/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- AutoCanada ( AOCIF ) , a North American automobile dealership, said on Tuesday that Azim Lalani resigned as chief financial officer for personal reasons, effective June 30.

Lalan will remain with the company for six months after the effective date to help with the transition.

The company tapped Samuel Cochrane as its new CFO. Cochrane previously served as CFO at Telit Cinterion, an Internet of things services provider.

AutoCanada ( AOCIF ) shares rose 1.8% yesterday.
