08:50 AM EDT, 04/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Autodesk ( ADSK ) said in a regulatory filing Monday that it is unable to file its annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended Jan. 31 due to an internal probe related to the company's free cash flow and non-GAAP operating margin procedures.

The investigation is ongoing and the company intends to provide additional details to the Securities and Exchange Commission as the probe continues, Autodesk ( ADSK ) added in its filing.

Additionally, Autodesk ( ADSK ) said it expects to file the Form 10-K within an extension period of 15 calendar days.

Shares of the company were down 4% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
