04:15 PM EST, 11/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Autodesk ( ADSK ) reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $2.67 per diluted share, up from $2.17 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.50.

Revenue in the three months ended Oct. 31 rose to $1.85 billion from $1.57 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.81 billion.

The company expects fiscal Q4 adjusted EPS of $2.59 to $2.67 on revenue of $1.9 billion to $1.92 billion. Analysts expect EPS of $2.53 on revenue of $1.86 billion.

The company boosted full-year adjusted EPS guidance to $10.18 to $10.25 on revenue of $7.15 billion to $7.17 billion. The previous outlook was for adjusted EPS of $9.80 to $9.98 on revenue of $7.03 billion to $7.08 billion.

Analysts expect EPS of $9.95 on revenue of $7.07 billion.

Autodesk ( ADSK ) shares rose 4% in after-hours trading.
