08:49 AM EDT, 06/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Autoliv ( ALV ) said Monday that Chief Financial Officer Fredrik Westin has decided to resign for personal reasons and to seek a role in continental Europe, where he lived before joining the company in 2020.

Westin will remain in his current role until year-end unless the parties agree otherwise, the company said.

The company said it will immediately launch the search process for a new CFO.

Autoliv ( ALV ) shares were down 1.7% in recent premarket activity.
