04:40 AM EST, 11/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Autoliv ( ALV ) said late Monday it increased its quarterly dividend by 3% to $0.70 per share from $0.68.

The dividend will be payable on Dec. 19 to holders of Autoliv ( ALV ) common stock as of Dec. 3.

The company also extended its share repurchase program until the end of 2025. Under the program, Autoliv ( ALV ) can repurchase up to $550 million worth of shares or up to 7.5 million shares, whichever comes first.
