11:15 AM EDT, 05/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Autolus Therapeutics ( AUTL ) said Monday it plans to notify the US Securities and Exchange Commission of a delay in the filing of its Q1 earnings report.

The biopharmaceutical company said t will get five additional calendar days to report Q1 results, which is due Wednesday.

Autolus said it would file its Q1 earnings report on May 20 and hold its Q1 earnings call on Friday.

Shares of Autolus were down 4.3% in Monday trading.
