Automatic Data Processing COO John Ayala Stepping Down; Joseph DeSilva Named Successor

09:30 AM EST, 11/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Automatic Data Processing ( ADP ) said in a regulatory filing Friday that Chief Operating Officer John Ayala is stepping down, effective Jan. 1.

The company said it has named Joseph DeSilva, currently the company's president of global sales, as the new COO and executive vice president for North America, effective Jan. 1.

Ayala will serve as a corporate officer during a transition period through March 31, 2025, the company said.
