01:08 PM EDT, 03/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Automotive Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (APR-UN.TO) Friday announced a cash distribution of $0.067 per REIT unit for the month of March 2024, representing $0.80 per REIT unit on an annualized basis.

Payment will be made on April 15, 2024 to unitholders of record as at March 28, 2024.

The March cash distribution was consistent with the February distribution.
