03:31 PM EDT, 10/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Automotive Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (APR-UN.TO) shares were at last look up 0.9% on Wednesday as the company declared a cash distribution of $0.0685 per unit for October 2025, equating to an annualized rate of $0.822 per unit.

The distribution is payable on November 17, 2025, to unitholders of record as of October 31, 2025, and is unchanged from the prior monthly distribution.

The company focuses on acquiring and owning income-producing automotive dealership and service properties across Canada and the U.S. Its current portfolio comprises 87 commercial properties, covering approximately 3.2 million square feet of gross leasable area.

Automotive Properties REIT was last seen up by $0.10 to $11.05 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
