Automotive Properties REIT Files Final Short Form Prospectus in Connection With Public Offer of Units

07:05 AM EDT, 10/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Automotive Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (APR-UN.TO) overnight Monday said it filed a final short form prospectus dated October 20, in connection with its previously announced bought deal public offering, with the securities commissions or other similar regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of Canada and has obtained a receipt.

The company said the final prospectus qualifies the distribution of 3.1-million units at $11.11 apiece and up to an additional 460,500 units pursuant to the over-allotment option granted to the underwriters. Closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about October 23.

Shares of the company closed up 0.1% to $11.04 on Monday on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
