10:09 AM EDT, 11/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Autonomix Medical ( AMIX ) launched a public offering Friday of nearly 700,000 common stock units at $14.31 each.

The company said in a regulatory filing that each of the 698,812 stock units consists of one share and a series A warrant to purchase one share.

Autonomix also said it has granted the underwriters an option to buy up to an additional 104,821 shares of common stock and/or warrants to purchase an equal number of shares.

Shares of Autonomix Medical ( AMIX ) were down more than 15% in recent trading.
